Everything was superb, staff were nice, the meals were lovely, the only thing that disappointed me a bit was there is no outdoor hot spring for ladies and I didn’t know that when I booked (probably I didn’t read the details properly)

Excellence location! The service at this hotel is very good, very friendly and approachable staffs! My child is below 3 so there was no additional charge for meals, but they prepared very scrumptious dinner & breakfast for her! Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit takayama!

Our stay at this ryokan did not disappoint! It was a special experience from the beginning to the end. The service is excellent and the location is ideal. We enjoyed the keiseki and Hida beef dinners and the interesting Japanese breakfasts.
