The view was outstanding. The owners were extremely thoughtful and friendly. The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent.

Maybe missed having a proper shower but nothing else comes to mind.

This was my second time staying with Shaun and Rose and the property as always, completely stunned. Was in the smaller room this time so didn't have the view but that did not matter. It had everything we wanted.

Nothing tbh! Great food, great hosts, great facilities. Definitely in my top 3 list of bed and breakfasts that I've stayed in!

Excellent accommodation wonderful room with a view that was the best. A great deal of thought by the owners to make our stay the best. What a wonderful couple the hosts are. Nothing too much trouble. The view was unbelievable.

Excellent breakfast from superb breakfast room overlooking the Dart estuary.

Hosts very friendly and informative. Will do anything to please and make your stay enjoyable. The choice of food was excellent. Some of the food came from their own garden. The room was large, comfy and clean. The room had binoculars as the view was outstanding. Facilities in the room were good: coffee and tea making , refrigerator, hair dryer and a good sized TV. The room is not tidied or beds made every day, it is done on your request. They do ask every day. They will even change the room mugs every day. Although on a hill, it is only a five to eight minute walk to the shops, waterfront, cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast choice was excellent and the service first class. The breakfast room and garden had a fabulous view of the harbour entrance and Dartmouth Castle. Great way to start the day!
