A warm friendly welcome from the start and throughout our stay. Amazing location with great views of Dartmouth. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and hope to revisit in the future.

The view from the room to the River Dart entrance was spectacular. Lovely to watch the yachts and ferries. Binoculars provided! The room was very comfortable and excellent breakfasts provided and served by the hosts.
