Great customer service - very friendly professional staff.

Expected more of a hotel as opposed to B and B. Chose the room because it stated it had three double beds and therefore expected space and more separation. Did not have 3 beds. Once over that and settled into the place I found it to be fine. The staff are great and the breakfast was delivered superbly.

Helpful staff on arrival but very rude cleaning lady and reception-manager on my departure day!!! Basic clean premises but there was no heating, no curtains -the blinds were letting the light in and the door was very noisy when other doors of the other rooms were opening !!!!

One of the bed and mattress were very bad. The mattress springs kept hurting the back for 2 nights.

We had an excellent welcome on arrival. There was a slight problem with steps but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good food. Excellent room.Full Breakfast (included) Fully recommended.
