The Victoria Inn

Convenient to where I was working, the room was basic but adequate for what I needed. Great breakfasts and evening meals, staff were very friendly .

Good food. Big portions. Very good, helpful and cheerful staff. Room was basic but did the job. If you needed anything the staff were very happy to supply and help

As usual, lovely breakfasts and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms with plenty of space. My only complaint is that the toilet seat is very close to the wall and makes it difficult to use if you're large. :-( Otherwise, brilliant.

Excellent food serve Tribute (say no more) room was very comfortable if a little cold Parking was very convenient and would recommend the Victoria Inn to everyone.

Lovely staff,great food and lovely room,only downside the doors to the rooms were loud,whenever anyone left a room the doors slammed,now and again fine but when children stayed was quite frequent

Clean room, good value for the price, excellent breakfast.

Great room, spacious, clean, the only comment I’d say about the room was the amount of towels per person, 3 bales 5 people staying. The same with the mugs for tea/coffee, there were only 2. The walls seem thin as we had a lot of knocking from the next room suggesting we were too loud (at 10pm) we were just chatting with tv in quietly, however this could be the other guests being too fussy. The breakfast was great! Price was excellent too! Very minor things and over all deserve their 4 star.

Room was clean, as was the bathroom. Sadly no view from bedroom window and lots of noise from the bar below. I ate in the pub in the evening which was superb. Lots of choice and good value for money, the breakfast was also delicious. Overall, a good stay made even better by the staff who were very friendly and attentive.
