Good pizza.

Hotel staff were happy to change my room to ground floor as there were far too many stairs to our first room… Also supplied us with a takeaway breakfast as we checked out at 5:00am… good hospitality…

escape the heat by staying here. right on the water with a cool ocean breeze. totally worth it to stay close to where it’s happening on the busy road in chaweng beach. love this part of town. love this resort. it feels like a jungle inside, the decor is lovely

Montien has the feeling of familiy owned etablishment. It has Bungalows in a tropical garden with birds and squirrels climbing trees. The garden is kept in an exceptional condition. You feel you live like in an oasis. The staff is attentive, greet you every morning. The restaurant is right on the ocean, breakfast is served here from 7.30. Later you can have lunch, dinner or a beer. This is not the place for backpacker who drink and make noice till 5am. More for adults, solo, couples. Not overcrowded with kids The pool is right on the beach next to restaurant. Idyllic setting. Not many left of this style in Thailand. I been to koh Samui since 1990. This is my favourite The cleaness of the room 10/10 Staff in restaurant 10/10 The manager Noi 10/10 always accomodating Garden staff Only thing I don’t like is people smoking in the restaurant as that is not allowed in Australia/Norway and most of Western country

Exelente cuarto tipo cabaña independiente. Fue la más cercana a la alberca y nunca se escuchó ruido en las mañanas. El mar a buena temperatura, cama confortable y ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. Todo cerca, buen desayuno y el camino para llegar a tu cabaña es hermoso lleno de vegetación. Buen lugar para volver.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We had a villa with a private pool, which was great fun for our small family. The garden and pool were also lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The location is close to everything without being noisy. The rooms are a little dated but kept in good condition and very clean, thanks to the lovely cleaning staff. This hotel was great value for money, considering the pool and size of room. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, nice clean rooms, very relaxing gardens and pool. I would stay here again!

The only thing I would say is I was 3 floors up and went out and leant on the balcony and it’s very loose! If I’d have leant on it harder I feel it would have fallen

Loved our stay here! We stayed in the cottage house and it was lovely. The airport transfer organized by Montien House was really well organized. But we had a leaky Aircon the first time but they fixed it quickly the next day 😊

Overall good stay and location was excellent. The bathroom drain smells so I had to keep the door closed so the scent did not come into the room. The Villa was okay but could use updating. The staff was helpful when my cable tv did not work. I had a late flight and was not. Able to stay longer than 12 noon so hopefully next time at least to 1 or. 2 would be appreciated since I had at least 4 nights at the property.
