"Cheap, but not so comfortable..."

During a one night stay we experienced problems with wi-fi (not working in rooms), problem with electricity - fortunately short, and one of the elevators (not working). The place is clean but not so fresh. The swimming pool is so small that better to stay in your bathroom. And... we have spot cockroaches in one of our rooms :(

"good value for money."

Enjoyable and good value for money. WiFi could be a little better and breakfast catered more for Asian taste, but chef at egg station made a great omellete. Kid thoroughly enjoyed the small rooftop pool .

"Poor hotel condition and smell really bad"

The hotel name is very grand but the condition of the room and it's environment is worst! Not recommended at all specially for family vacation

"Ok hotel with a good breakfast"

The room was very large compared to comparable hotels but had an limited amenities. I had no towels upon check in and had to ask additionally for hand towels. It took nearlyall night to cool the room with the old window unit style aircon. The pool was very small and was I illy thought to be the kiddie pool. The bed was super comfortable and made the stay enjoyable overall.

"My top pick for all CEBU, love this hotel."

I have staying at over 30 hotels in Cebu, and I settled here for all visits. Room comfort is great, staff is great, WIFI works in rooms, light bulb color is warm, a detail MOST hotels miss, flat screen TV, beds are clean and comfortable, food is good, and location is good. Good value, and great. I recommend to anyone. I LIVE in hotels, been on the road for 3 years plus....

"The best hotel for the money."

Great hotel and service, the hotel manager Cecile was extremely helpful. The only complaint I had was that the a/c was very loud. Good cable, had hot water, the maintenance was readily available. They even gave me a 110 voltage transformer. Oh the hot pot was old and needed to be rinsed or replaced. The breakfast was good to great. They ran out of scrambled eggs, I told the waiter and in 5 minutes, he served us up fresh scrambled eggs. There was a convenience store across the street and the we were able to walk to the Crown Regency and do ziplines and rock climbing. The pool was small but deep, so we could dive in. The gym was closed for holy week.
