"Good, but needs a few tweaks"

Attentive and friendly staff. Good views (spoilt a little by scaffolding outside windows, but we were warned about these after booking).

Fixed soap/shampoo dispensers, no decaf tea or hot chocolate sachets, torn curtain, bedside lamps not adequate for reading.

lovely hotel the staff were very friendly nothing too much trouble. breakfast amazing so much choice and well cooked . we have been to this hotel 3 times and are going to book again for september.

We had a wonderful stay at the Osborne Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

"Overall an enjoyable stay at a comfortable, traditional seaside hotel."

Excellent room although having a suite with no fridge was disappointing. The view was exactly as we hoped having booked a room with a view, so we hoped to spend time in the room enjoying it. The breakfast was good quality but the plated “full English” was a very small portion and it was not clear what the options were for extras. That said the staff were cheerful, smart and helpful and the gym and pool were more than adequate for general leisure pursuits.

Small portions on plated breakfast. No fridge in suite.
