"On hotel"

Hotel ok, nog ax good ax I thought it was going to be , compared to others we have stayed in Torquay

The beds were very uncomfortable, so we’re the pillows, car parking for disabled people was very poor, no Toilet on main floor, needed to go into a lift to get to them, which was difficult for my wife

"Great nights sleep!"

Rooms was great in everyway, I'm sure the outside facilities are too but due to weather we cldnt use but not the hotels fault!! Breakfast was nice too. Staff friendly

The £25pppn fee which I'm sure they stipulate but I had missed so that took £100 from our budget to eat at the restaurant. The indoor pool was a bit cold and merky.

"Disgusting"

The location absolutely stunning

The room was disgusting I don't think it was cleaned for few days or a week, I asked for a view instead i was given horrible disgusting dirty roof views with rubbish everywhere, the bed was itchy we couldn't sleep until 3am we were itchy we didn't understand what was going on as soon as I saw the room I asked for another room they said they are fully booked which i dont believe the bathroom there we hairs in the tub Hand towels 1 with stains brown(ish)and red(ish) like lipstick I wanted to stay in this hotel for a while I was looking forward to it they ruined our stay

"Our Wedding Day!"

We had our magical day here at the Osborne in May it was the beautiful bank holiday weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Haidee and her wonderful team were tentative to every need no matter what it may be. They’re efficient in every sense of the word and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. Thank you guys so much for making our wedding day feel so full of love and ensuring our guests were happy too❤️
