Great experience. Highly recommend.

Poor management all around. There was no one major issue but a whole long list if smaller issues. I'd pass on this place next time.

This place is nice and have clean rooms , only issue is pool has been closed for maintenance the last three times I’ve been here

This hotel is dated and a bit shabby but the decor is really fun, art deco stuff and bright colors. Our room was quiet, bed comfy, got a good nights sleep but overall the hotel could have been cleaner. Breakfast was really good, better than most Fairfields we have stayed in and the staff friendly and helpful.Across the street is a wine bar and bistro with good food and an Italian place next door that looked good.. Good location for seeing the White Sands National Park about 15 minutes away.

We found out at check-in the pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. This was a key reason we booked this hotel. My kids were very disappointed.

I prepaid for a night at this hotel. When I arrived there was a young lady doing her best to troubleshoot. She explained they were completely booked even though I prepaid. She had to call two other people and facetime them for help. Apparently, it was too hard for them to come in and support her. She then had someone escort me up to a room in the hopes it was empty. It was not. In fact, I overheard that group tell my escort they came back to their room door open. In the end, I did not have a room and was forced to drive an extra hour. Now, between hotels.com and Fairfield, I am having to deal with AI responses just to find out how I get my money back. I guess taking my money was a lot easier than securing a room or refunding my money.

Nice clean hotel. Front desk person knew and had no idea how to check us in. Top 20 min with her on phone with manager to get us checked in. Tv would not work. At 9:30 pm there was no one on property that knew how to make the tv work. They need help on property.

breakfast was good.

Toilets need to be upgraded to handicap/comfort height.

They had comfy rooms with a great breakfast

No clock in room. Coffee maker in low cabinet with only one cup and only decaf coffee. Shower handle hard to operate. Not a good value for the price.
