Hatton Court Hotel

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff, we had a really modern room ( not sure about the Japanese toilet! ) food was great and also a huge choice. Definitely recommended.

What a fabulous little find for a stopover on our way to Devon. Our room was excellent, large and comfortable with a lovely large walk in shower. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious from our evening meal to our breakfast. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend overall.

We stayed for one night on 29.05.26. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly lady on reception and immediately went for a cream tea which was tasty. Our room was very nice and decorated well and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was incredible (I recommend the pulled lamb shoulder!). The breakfast the next morning was also very nice. We noticed how friendly ALL of the staff were and there was a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall we had a really nice time and would definitely stay again.

This hotel fully lived up to expectations. Beautifully situated overlooking the Severn Valley, it was an oasis of peace. The refurbished rooms were comfortable; and the staff were delightful.

recently refurbished room well equipped , super comfy bed could do with some labels on the isolators so we knew where to switch on the smart loo. fantastic views but obscured in some positions by the events marque on the lawn. There is some noise from the M5 but only when outside , we ate dinner which was good and breakfast was excellent

A bit better training for the receptionist is needed to improve the check in experience and when asked questions seemed a bit lost. staff were moving luggage for guests early next morning with a lot of chatter and banging of doors/ cases

Such an amazing hotel, everything was perfect. The staff are so welcoming, we had dinner contribution & breakfast included in our deal & it was faultless, plenty of choice & nothing was too much trouble from the serving staff. We highly recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to visit again! Thank you everyone who works there, you made us feel really welcome & special

Lovely hotel, really friendly and welcoming staff. Made us and the dog feel at home. Nice bar and restaurant, good food, great view, comfy room. Slightly dated bathroom but didn’t spoil our stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff are friendly and very dog tolerant. There is an issue with hot water some afternoons and the beds are a bit hard but the competitive pricing more than makes up for it.

Lovely old building Beautiful settings Unfortunately no lift and we were put on the top floor, room had slopping ceilings so couldn’t sit on chair properly without pulling it away from wall so very squashed, no sockets to charge our phones, so had to crawl behind tv to plug in, also shower in bath so unable to climb in big bath to shower, rooms were away from hotel up some steep stairs, in another building, staff were very friendly and helpful, we ate there too as too far away to walk to anyway else but food was excellent, drinks were very expensive though.

Rooms to far away and too many stairs, no sockets and too squashed in room with 2 chairs

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and all the items were presented very well.

The surface of the driveway to the hotel car park was very bad indeed. Lots of potholes all across the driveway.
