"The staff make this resort a very sad place."

The apartment 33 was nice. Staff horrible.

The maintenance and noise that we only got a email 3 days prior to advise that maintenance was going on and still paid full rates.

"Lovely clean unit."

Clean, comfortable. Easy car parking.

The beach front section was under construction which made getting to the reception office difficult. We were unaware that this was happening until we turned up. We had some trouble with the air conditioning not working despite contacting reception and them helping us to trouble shoot the issues.

Loved the location, have been a few times before.

Not keen on the reception desk staff, not that friendly & accomodating. I asked for an extended check out on my departure day & they were not at all helpful, seemed silly as hardly no one staying at the property during our stay, very quiet!!

"Great location for a week in Noosa"

Right on the river so location and views were great.

Could do with a renovation. Staff were ok but not as friendly as I would like.
