Sheraton Zhenjiang Hotel

I had cause to stay In Zhenjiang this month and of cause chose Sheraton. The hotel is easy to get to from Train Station by walking. Arrived to a grand entrance and was met by courteous staff. At desk Anthong Zhang booked me in and showed me to lifts. Great introduction to hotel. My room was awesome, big , spacious and well appointed. Shower great , bed very good and best pillows I’ve ever had in hotel. Plenty of water and fruit in room. I visited the club lounge which is very big and nicely appointed as well, I had meeting there and was looked after well by girls. At breakfast in lobby Sunny Li was great helping with table and great black coffee. Food selection very good. For dinner we ate one night at Chinese restaurant on L2. Meal was excellent, but one dish slightly over cooked. The director of food Tony Xiao came and met us and was very helpful and thanked us for comments. The food was fantastic, full of flavour and colour so we will try again. Alice Jiang gave us excellent service with menu. Gym each morning was very good with great facilities but lack of towels? Needs some attention. Upon check out Suzie Liu helped us and sent us on our way very happy to have stayed at the Sheraton Zhenjiang. The are around Zhenjiang and Yangzhou if very beautiful and full of history with royal canal and major rivers in area. So yes, do stay at Sheraton in Zhenjiang as the staff are very professional and warm and accommodations fantastic.

It was very clean and in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again former.

Visited here for 2 nights it’s been a very long time since I have stayed at a Sheraton property being. Life time Platinum usually stay at Marriott higher end properties. I picked this hotel 1st super close proximity to train station 2nd close to my meetings. It’s a short walk from the train station, when walking out of the station follow the Wanda Center signs and take that exit. Once you exit hotel is 500 yards to your right, you cannot miss it. I had checked in mobile arrived around 12 noon, when I approached the counter advised I had mobile checked immediately mentioned my name, impressive. Upon checkin advised i was upgraded to a suite, nice kind of on the 11th floor had to sleep with ear plugs wish they would Have just given me regular room on a higher floor. They love to honk there horns in China and it does not end till late and then it starts early am again. Do you self a favor and ask for the highest floor. Also was advised that I could have breakfast on lobby level complimentary being a valued member which I did. Selection was decent not to many western dishes. Only had breakfast the dinner menu did not seem very Appetizing. Room - Large suite facing the main road. Decent but below average shows it’s age. Definitely needs a renovation. Staff at the counter where very responsive when i needed assistance, all do not speak English had to use google translate. Overall it served my needs for the 2 nights.

Very good value for money as it is a very nice hotel. The pedestrian area behind the hotel also has very nice Korean BBQ restaurants.

Over all hotel has good service. Room is clean and with free bottle water. And room is true nonsmoking room.

Decent hotel and nice location. Breakfast at the hotel is good and caters to international choices. Rooms are decent size and clean. Staff are friendly as well. Frankly for a business hotel this is a very good choice.

The hotel was located near the railway station , really convenient for both business trip and causual visiting, and there was also a shopping mall nearby. The room was nice and tidy ,but the quality of the breakfast can be improved if possible.

位置好的很, 只是中餐廳價格有點貴. 中餐廳沒有可樂, 只有果汁跟茶. 可以最便宜的茶要RM400 一份. 有點不值.

酒店位置绝佳，到镇江的各个景点都很方便。 酒店服务人员态度好，回答问题很有耐心。 酒店硬件设施完备，早餐种类也很丰富。

It's the best hotel you'll find in Zhenjiang. I've been staying here for four years. The buffet breakfast is very good with cuisine from around the world and reasonable coffee. The gym equipment works and the pool isn't as disgusting as in most Chinese hotels. In the evenings, eat out, the restaurant on the second floor is like faulty towers. The entire staff seem shocked when a customer arrives. In the bar, the staff are very friendly although the chief bar tender seems to think he's James Bond.
