Sheraton Zhenjiang Hotel

房間可見灰塵未擦拭乾淨，人員訓練有待加強，由A房間打電話請客服送冰塊到B房間，特別強調是到B房間，還是送到A房間來。酒店附屬中餐廳人員情況亦同，感覺不專業且員工間大聲聊天無視餐廳內尚有用餐客人，實在是五星級酒店內少見的情況。但前台人員服務態度親切。

The hotel location was the deciding factor for choosing an overnight stay at this hotel. It is within easy walking distance from the High Speed Rail Station if your travelling light. Like All Sheraton hotels in China, the lobby was stunning in size. Checkin was a breeze and convenient, rooms were spacious and well appointed but starting to show signs of age. Room service was prompt and precise. Overall, a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for other business travelers that are travelling here from Shanghai via high speed rail.

Very good service levels. Ease of check in n check out. Nice rooms with all the basic amenities. Though cleanliness can be something you may have to check. I did that and changed my room and they did that with a free upgrade. Good breakfast menu although some more vegetarian items would have been better.

Arrived about 20:30 nobody around to help with the luggage. Check In had long line. The rooms are small the bed comfortable the shower was ok. Fresh fruit vegetables at breakfast very limited. No fresh juices. All In all this hotel is Good in most counts but not great. Maybe for zhenjiang it should be considered great. Yes maybe as they say in China.

As a four star establishment it's a great deal for the money. The service is super friendly and the room I had was large and had all the amenities I needed. The only issue I had was the language skills of the staff, but it’s the same for most other cities outside Beijing or Shanghai. It's difficult to make yourself understood in English and you never really know if the staff have understood you or not. Since it’s an American hotel chain, the English language skills could be slightly higher. All in all, it’s a good place to stay and I’ll be back for sure.

It's a typical Sheraton that matches the standard. Had a good time in the city and good food in the restaurant too. The staff were very helpful and friendly that upgraded our room to a suite and provided tourism info to the city. It's a no brainer in Zhenjiang.

This franchise is at the center of Zhenjiang. It is just a few hundred yards from the train station. The bed is very comfortable. The free breakfast is excellent with countless options. The staff is friendly. There is always a smiling person standing on the side of the lobby to greet and assist guests. The only drawback is that the carpet in our room looks old and has large stains.
