Everything was excellent

There was no traffic noise as the rooms go back into the property away from the road

I was disappointed this time - I had stayed previously - as the Internet was not working - I was told it was because of the rain - I used it thorugh my phone without any trouble. The service in the dining room was not good this time - no serviette offered and I though for what I had it was quite expensive. Not a very nice place to sit and have dinner - rubbish outside in full view.

Spend an extra $50, you’ll thank me! Curtains, carpet bed and bathroom were horrible

Falling apart, nothing clean, no soap no nothing! Wouldn’t stay again!!

The location was ideal. it was important that I could get about from a central location. Close to Chadstone shopping centre and only 15 mins from the city.

the room was outdated it smelt like soap there was holes in bathroom door and writing on the mirror. the tap fell apart when I had a shower and the water was rough and as it was high pressure it started flooding the bathroom I tried turning the other tap off and hot water came out so I got burnt. I think they need to renovate this hotel

Position position position close to great shopping and public transportation

Facilities good. Clean. Everything in the room worked fine. Location perfect for what we needed. Service prompt and polite. Quiet. We didn’t need or want anything too flash or expensive and this was just right for us!
