Cleanliness, breakfast terrible room decor, needs deep cleaning, new PAINT ,ect---

The hot tub was broken, the staff did not even know. Breakfast was minimal and very processed. Some of the bedding had burnt marks from cigarettes, some of the coffee creamers were moldy, the pool and laundry were in a whole different building the guest bathroom in the hallway had cleaning supplies and it, no garbage cans, anywhere and public places. Just overall very, very poorly managed.

Never checked in. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Walked thru hotel yelling Hello and nothing. Walked around the building and no one. Called hotel twice while standing at front desk could hear phone ringing but no one answered. So we left. Sad

Much too expensive for a facility like this. You pay for the location not the facility. Zero justification in comfort or quality related to the price.

The air conditioner was noisy in room 106. The hot tub was like taking a polar plunge. It was colder than the pool. The breakfast was over cooked. The place needs some work.

The hotel was older, which lead to an unclean feeling in a few major areas; carpet, couch was full of trash under cushions, space behind tables were dirty with trash, bad odor in room. We made it work for the one night, because the area that made the biggest impact for our family were the beds. They were clean. We were able to open the windows and air out the room for a while before sleeping. This helped the odor. The hot tub was cold and had a horrible odor to it. The pool was cold, but my kids did play in it for a short while with no complaint in the warm weather.
