It was everything we wanted for a shirt stay sea view break looking on to the beach.

Amazing view of the seafront! Close proximity to town and pier. The baked goods that were made fresh daily were an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

We had a terrific location with a sea side view. It was great to have binoculars to scan the channel. Really yummy cakes and coffee that we enjoyed in the conservatory. Katie and Rich were wonderful hosts.

A welcoming, friendly and relaxing place to stay. Our room was clean, very comfortable and with a fabulous view. Ideally situated for buses into town or towards Bexhill and Hastings. Rich and Katie were great and the homemade cakes were delicious, thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and welcoming hosts, Rich and Katie. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Very comfy bed and high-quality bed linen. Free tea, coffee, milk, and amazing home-made cakes as a welcome gift!

The road can be quite busy and noisy, but it runs through the entire town, so all beachfront hotels in the area have the same situation.

Rich and Katie where fantastic hosts, so welcoming and couldn't have done more than what they did to accommodate and make my stay a lovely experience. Also lovely touch to have tea and cake each day provided
