Extremely friendly, welcome hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Coffee and lovely cakes available in the conservatory. Good location opposite beach. Free parking in side streets.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was near the event we were visiting and very accessible by bus and by walking from the train station. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. We hope to stay again next year!

We loved the room, the hosts, the location. The cleanliness and facilities were great and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely guesthouse situated on the seafront. Rich and Katie were great hosts and were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 5 nights and our room had everything we needed which included a mini fridge which was handy. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Lovely touch having home made cakes in the conservatory available as well as tea and coffee. We would certainly stay again when visiting friends and family.
