Seaview Sanctuary

Location was perfect! On top of the beach and close to shops and pier. Hosts Katie and Rich were amazing people! So friendly and welcoming. Katie made fresh cakes daily and were told to help ourselves! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this guest house and will 100% be returning.

Perfect location and a lovely clean room and bathroom. Felt very welcome. Great view of the sea from the balcony. The most delicious home made sweet treats 😋 would love to return

Location was great., well served by bus service. Great sea view from my room. Hosts were so welcoming and kind. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Ŵe loved everything about Seaview Sanctuary! Katie and Rich are the perfect hosts and make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door, even when you are three hours early! Our room was lovely, and we really appreciated all the extras from the comfortable bed with beautiful percale linen, the luxurious towels to the biscuits, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. A very special treat was the delicious cakes baked daily by Katie and made available for guests to enjoy. Seaview Sanctuary is a gem in Eastbourne, and we will certainly be booking again!!

There's nothing to dislike!

Lovely room with private bathroom and a view. Not to mention the daily home made cakes, tea coffee that are available. Lovely hosts who make you welcome every time you return like it’s your first visit!

The owners lovely and welcoming the room was spacious clean and a lovely view. Bonus of lovely cakes you can help yourself too :-) Parking was fine on a back street found a space no problem.
