Just a great local public house with accommodation. Friendly staff and sociable local residents, we were made welcome by all. Excellent meals and breakfast. Will definitely return in the near future.

Lovely quiet location, but easy for visiting the surrounding areas, & places of interest. The staff are very friendly, & make you feel very welcome. Excellent cooked breakfast, & a good selection on the food menu. Would highly recommend a stay here.

There is nothing to dislike here. Except having to leave for our journey home.

"Comfortable and freindly"

Close to Fountains Abbey.. room comfortable and clean.. staff very friendly. Nice spot to sit outside. Food was good and great hot breakfast.

Can’t think of anything.. perhaps room little warm but temperature outside unseasonably warm so couldn’t be helped I think.
