Glen Rose Inn and Suites

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only 1 Ice machine and was located at office, and no ice buckets in room. Pool was green an not usable. Overall the value for the money was good.

The pool was not working, no phone in room, limited hot water...

Room was dirty. Dust on sheets. Toilet not clean. Dirty washcloth in shower. Lucky only staying one night

The hotel is old. It has not been maintained. There are some efforts to update; however, they are inadequate. The room was nor clean: dirt on bathroom floors, tub had pieces of soap in it and on walls, refridgerator had not been cleaned, dirty underwear in a drawer, no access to enough towels ( office not manned, you had to call but no answer.)

Very clean room, quite, coffee pot

Room was clean. Bathroom wall had hole in the drywall, ceiling exhaust fan didn't work, and stopper was missing from tub so showering was only option. Room needed painting and several hooks where paintings or decor items had once hung were left on bare walls. Exterior doors and wooden trim on exterior of building were in dire need of painting. Fence around pool was falling down. Pool was half full of disgustingly dirty green water.

The basic for a fair price. The appliances could be updated, as they are very noisy, but for the price is a good stay.
