Villa Murano

Location was ok, private and nice to have the pool. Hardly anyone around which was ok. Its on a pretty busy street.

The fridge didn’t work and when I called to check in the person that came prioritised a couple wanting a room over looking after me even though I had called them which was rude.

The location was pretty central. the restaurant was ok.

Shower wet the toilet. no shower screne. my grandchildrenwere not welcome for a swim with me because they were in another place. wasn't clean. No change of towels unless asked. bed held up by a paint tin.

The bed was uncomfortable and one side was held up by a pot of paint , the towels were like sandpaper and the place looked nothing like the photos on booking .com On leaving myself and my friend struggled to get the cases up the stairs there was a gentleman on reception who was having a chat to his friend but instead of stopping to help they stopped their conversation and just watched us which made me uncomfortable and disappointed with the service

Stayed only for a night. The room was poorly lit but good enough for my need. My flight was cancelled and had to book something in a rush. The host was very nice and offered us to transport to airport in the middle of the night, with a fee😁

I booked a room with double bed and I got 4 beds.

Just location

No shampoo and body wash, no bottle of water, not a packet of coffee, no boiler

We were upgraded to the sister hotel, Grande Murano. Better located for evenings in Firostefani and for exploring Fira. Lovely pool and comfortable, clean room right on the poolside. Very friendly staff. Osmo restaurant right above - lovely local food. Would recommend.

We only liked the pool. And location was ok for the center of Fira.

Not a nice hotel, avoid. Airco did not work and it is desperately necessary when it is +34 outside. Fridge was off. No water provided, no glasses in the room. Pickup from port was arranged but the driver never materialized, so we had to take a bus and then walk 15 min in the heat. Bedbugs. So in all super expensive and bad. During our island hopping holidays this was the worst hotel and by far not the cheapest one.
