Villa Murano

Staff very helpful. Dimitra was really helpful. We had left a bag in the taxi on arrival & she contacted the driver & he brought it to the hotel

The bedroom was a little precarious as it was in a mezzanine with no handrail on the steps .

Very cosy little property, with nice rooms. Dimitra, our host was very helpful with checking in, telling us about Santorini and activities we could check out. There were ample towels and extra bed linen. The washroom was cute and tiny!

A few toiletries in the washroom would help.

Located on the east side looking at the sea - beautiful views - quiet location. Helpful reception staff and clean bathroom. Plenty of plugs for charging devices.

Bed was not very comfy but the sheets were nice and clean.

The views from our apartment were really beautiful. The receptionist, Dimitra, was also extremely welpful when it came to questions and recommending activities to do, which we were very happy about! Our room also had quite a big balcony! The place is also at a 15 minute walk from the center of Fira, which was very comfortable.

The towels were pretty stiff, which would be the only thing we didn't like.

Clean, comfortable room in a decent location.

High volume of mostly unnecessary messages from the hotel.. Someone banged on my door 7 minutes before check out time to remind me that it was check out time. Irritating, intrusive and unnecessary.
