Henann Resort Alona Beach

Perfect location and room condition! Near by mcdonalds and alona beach. Room condition is also clean and good. Hotel receptionists are all kind. Swimming pool and restaurant are nice. Food is delicious. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend!!!

A perfect holiday within a holiday for us. We travelled around the Philippines for three weeks and arrived at Hennan at the perfect time in the trip. The hotel was huge but everything about it was spot on. Amazing pool area on one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to. Breakfast was lovely as was Christina’s restaurant and would recommend it. All rounded off by one of the best massages we’ve ever had by Raya who worked at the government ran massage place on the beach (they have uniforms) but you can pay to come and massage you at the beach bed! Brilliant

The property is overpriced, the bathrooms and rooms need urgent renovation from a decent architect,these were tired rooms

The staff and building is nice but it's too crowded when we went last December and if you like to compute from Panglao to Tagbilaran and you don't want to hire or rent vehicle the transpo is limited. The beach is not nice at all.

To be a 4-5 dtar Resort i found the checkin unbeliveably slow and hot as the lobby was not air conditioned. 30 minutes at counter. When asking questions none of employees couuld answer without asking someone else. No english. No ac except in rooms. The staff at the lobby driveway questioned everything we requedted. Bad smells in restarants

We recently stayed at Henann Panglao near Alona Beach and overall had a great experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pools and the happy hour, which was a highlight for us! However, the room could use some improvement. We were on a lower floor and could clearly hear loud footsteps from the room above, which was quite annoying, especially late at night. It disrupted our sleep on all three nights. Soundproofing could definitely be better. Despite that, we still had a great time and would consider staying again, hopefully in a top-floor room next time.

Everyone was full of smiles, respectful and caring, The surroundings were clean and felt very safe. Stayed there for 6 days but going back for at least 10 to 14 days.

Coming from Hawaii, this place is awesome

Our 2nd time staying @ Henann, got the Premier Access Pool Room and everything was just perfect.
