Prefect paradise in Carlton the staff Maddy helped us in checking in and helped us with many directions i travelled with my family and everyone enjoyed a lot.

The service is amazing by front office manager Maddy he is truly fabulous and so kind he helped us in every was possible we will be coming here for sure in future too. My room was also very good and cleaning was nice.

Great location, the staff are very helpful, comfy and spacious room, and it’s quite a good deal for travellers on a reasonable budget, will come back again

I can't actually rate the hotel as they cancelled my room on me. I had booked a room (through Agoda) to stay the night of the AC/DC concert. Got it at a good price two weeks ago. Two days out I receive an email from Agoda that my reservation had been cancelled due to renovation. The hotel could not be contacted. Similar room was advertised last week for a much higher price. Blind Freddy can see what's going on here. Thanks for nothing.

The location is very good. There is a tram nearby, so it is convenient. If you are staying with multiple people, it is cheaper to use Uber from the airport.

We stayed here spread over 2 separate 2-days stretch as we had planned to travel South to visit the Great Ocean Road in between. Our 1st 2-day stay was very good with a room facing the main road and a view across the street to the RMIT and the tram line. Big comfortable specious room with a Queen bed and we had room to spread out our 2 luggage and still move around. The front desk lady who checked us in early was courteous, friendly, patient and service with a smile. She showed us how to get around town without our car which was very convenient considering the congestion. Our 2nd 2-day stay was a nightmare(as I am now writing on our Day 2). This time we were given a room in the older extension building which is more like a dormitory then hotel room. Very old building and even the room furnishings need a change. Red stained carpet, broken toilet flush and falling towel rack, no tea bags/coffee/sugar, to name a few. Worse was the 2 Indian check-in staff who were not friendly but hoping to give us out card keys, get us off fast and go back to their mobile. Never told us we were in the next building till we were about to get into the lift. The decision to stay here was the location. Also be aware the hotel does not provide daily room cleaning and does not provide any bottled water. Onsite paid car parking is available at A$25/day.

The moment we went in, lovely lady Grace has already made our experience delightful :) recommend this place 100%. Access to transport and lovely staff! Thank you Grace! :)

Wonderful experience, will come back as everyone was helpful. Melbourne weather is another thing but the company will manage that!

Good location in middle of town. Easy to locate when driving. Has a cafe in the lobby for a quick bite. Bus stop and tram stop in front of hotel.
