Food was nice

Reception staff not very welcoming. Place looks a bit run down not very clean

The breakfast was nice and the staff was nice, polite and helpful

Not the best window view.

On locking door-you could just give it a shove and it was open

I have stayed three times at cliffs hotel and enjoyed my stay in a nice seaview room and dinner bed and breakfast.

The only thing I can comment on is the meals which are lovely but some hot meals are not as hot as should be and this was a problem when last stayed and a man told a waiter and they took meal away but when brought it back man said it's still not hot. Also some meals have spicy ingredients and not everyone wants that so these two issues need attention. Though do love that you get two soup choices and ditto pudding as hot choice and cold buffet which is great! Love pictures of Blackpool in corridor and room and entertainment was excellent.

Judge Mental Reception Staff, None of the Staff will speak same with Guests, Like a Up market Britannia Hotel, Durty hotel needs Revamp. Food Minging. Dinning room cold and poor Lighting. Cant find out whats on Menu. So i went out to Nicer Cafe and Restaurants for Dinner. Shower in room dident work Properly
