Ryotei Hanayura

Really enjoyed our stay here in Noboribetsu. It's only a small onsen town but the location was great, a few minute walk from the local restaurants, 711 and attractions. Loved our room with the tatami area and private open air onsen. It was so relaxing to use in the morning and after a day of walking. The public onsens are amazing, very large and clean. The outside onsens were a treat and also covered so can be used even when raining. The 3 inside onsens are very large. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food at the breakfast and dinner (kaiseki style) was very nice. There is a large shop on site that sells snacks, drinks and souvenirs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Non si può dire che bene, anzi benissimo a riguardo di tutto ciò che troverete in questa struttura.Noi personalmente abbiamo scelto la camera con l'onsen privato, colazione e cena e siamo molto soddisfatti. Anche il massaggio thailandese è stato di altissima qualità. Ringraziamo tutto lo splendido staff.

The public onsen baths were great, a few different varities and temperatures. The room was larger than expected with great views over the moutains. Breakfast and dinner were amazing! Alittle pricey in comparison to other hotels however we thought it was well worth it for your own private onsen.

방안의 개인 온천 24시간 흐르는 유황온천물 충분한 수건들 세심햐 배려

이불 겉 호청이 고정되지않아 조금 불편 석식으로 나오는 가이세키요리 아쉬움. 가성비로는 그닥. 퀄리티도 양도 뮌가 아쉬움.

We were welcomed warmly by the staff. Excellent and prompt service. Loved the open onsen in the room. Dinner and breakfast were great especially during the kaiseki dinner, the service staff was knowledgeable about the courses served and we really enjoyed it. Location was good, about few minutes walk from Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley. Quiet and conducive environment.

There's no air-con in the room. We were told that once window was opened, natural wind will flow. However, felt slightly warm in the middle of the night.

Alles war traumhaft!!! Wir hatten wunderschöne Stunden in den onsen… danach eine tolle Massage getippt von einem himmlischen Abendessen!!!! Die Betten sind sehr bequem!!! Der privat onsen auf dem Balkon hat großen Spaß gemacht! Das Personal war extrem nett!!! Also alles in allem super toll! Auch wenn man es dem Haus von außen nicht ansieht! Mehr als empfehlenswert!!!!!! Danke 🙏
