Room nice, breakfast excellent

3 of the 4 front desk employees were rude and was told they all spoke good English . This is not the case. they all looked at me like I had three heads when asking a question. The walls are not soundproof like they say. Asked for a non smoking room they put me in a smoking room They have a nice breakfast spread though that's about it

Noisy neighbours downstairs. Located in dodgy area. Good breakfast though.

I took my Fiancee for a surprize birthday visit i booked the hotel as it looked nice on the website.The hotel is not like it shows on the website. It's situated in a dark street with groups of males hanging around outside looked like drug dealers. Didn't feel safe. Inside the hotel is ok but it on ground floor the shared bathrooms are upstairs. Breakfast very limited choice.

It is a reasonably priced hotel, breakfast is compliment and has a great selection.

Drug dealers operate on a large scale in this area. I was attacked going into the hotel by an addict.

Good place, convenient location, staff range on the scale from "very nice and helpful" to "seem like they feel you are disturbing their surfing-on-the-phone time". Great breakfast with an excellent array of tasty choices, great selection of herbal teas, yoghurt, hard-boiled eggs, bread, rolls, pastry, juices, fresh fruit, and coffee, I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of other breakfast items that were available.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. We stayed in a room with a bathroom, which I would recommend. I walked past a couple of the rooms without bathrooms, and they looked very small (no space for anything other than a bed). The breakfast was perfectly adequate. I was actually really happy with this place until it came to checkout. The information leaflet that we had been given at check-in said checkout was at "noon", so we took our time in the morning with a view to leaving before 12. We were unceremoniously thrown out of our room soon after 11 because it seems that they had mistranslated the German on the information sheet, and checkout is actually at 11. Both the housekeeping lady and guy at reception were quite rude, even though it clearly said " noon" (and reception guy acknowledged that this meant 12). It put a bad taste at the end of what was otherwise a good stay.

Extremely small room. Bathroom was tiny, clean but with foul odor coming from the toilet. There was no lift in sight - not usually a big deal but I went there with a recent knee injury. It was conveniently located but the walk from the Hbf to the hotel is dicey, even for a single male, esp at night. Staff was helpful. I arrived early and was permitted to check in early with no problem. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Wasn't a bad place but considering the nightly rate..ouch. Overall, first time I have ever been disappointed with a stay, feeling like I did not get value for money.
