Lovely pub, friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful village. The breakfast was great. Only minor complaint was that the floors are wonky (part of its charm) but I was in danger of rolling out of bed.

Authentic atmosphere, easy to find. Food was decent, wifi was ok, bathroom was super nice, and staff were very friendly.

Beautiful hotel and room. Food was amazing too. Location excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff very attentive. Will visit again!

Great place and location small quiet village food service and staff very good

My wife and I booked this as an overnight stop on our way to Plymouth. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. The bedroom was eclectic in decoration. Evening meal in the restaurant was good, breakfast was excellent both with good service and staff checking back to make sure everything was OK. Space in the car park was somewhat limited. We would stay again when travelling that way.

Was fine just not as nice as expected. Service was just okay, again not great. Some mould in shower.

Stop over before holiday, real nice place to stay and eat. No suitable for wheelchairs.

Hotel was a good find, the room was nice, breakfast was good and included in the price, although they had run out of potato cakes... odd... downside here.... the restaurant service was really pants... food was nice, but not clear on f we should order food at the bar, no one asking if food was ok, etc etc, so that was the let down for us... otherwise it was great.

Very nice hotel room and very comfortable. Very effective air conditioning on v hot day. Shortbread left nice touch. Good food and quality breakfast. Wish our stay could have been longer so will remember to use this accommodation again when back in this area.
