Great location, a good sized room and nice staff

A little tired and limited range / quality of the breakfast fare. Window in bedroom looked straight out onto window in opposite building so no privacy unless kept the curtain closed. Shower leaked onto the floor.

It seems very money grabbing to have to pay an additional £5.25 for a Latte to go with my wife's breakfast already paid for in my accommodation bill.. Needs to be reviewed as the accommodation was not cheap and was the only disappointing part of our stay. Also an additional charge for smoked salmon an scrambled eggs why?

Beautiful hotel, very attentive staff. It was lovely to have a heated outdoor pool and sunbeds. The breakfasts were good quality and fresh. I appreciated having a small table and two comfy, tub chairs in the room.

This hotel is at the west end of Eastbourne, up a hill. To get to the centre of Eastbourne you'd need to be very mobile or have a vehicle. The hotel does have electric scooters for hire.

I’m not keen on the conservatory . It could look better with hanging plants and a nice flooring

Check in was easy. It took a while to navigate the hotel but this was no problem. The room was enormous with a bay window giving a great view of the sea and the corner of Beach Head in the distance. The basics were well covered- huge comfortable bed, good lighting, plenty of places for stuff, comfortable chairs, a safe and a light, clean shower room. The public rooms are huge and full of secret corners to sit down and relax. The dining room is very impressive and the staff very attentive.

I ordered a two course meal which I had to pre-pay £39 which I thought was a bit steep. The shower cubicle was tiny
