Regency Rambla Design Apart Hotel

Great location.

The place is very nice and I will stay there again when I come back to Montevideo. It's brand new but has some minor (but sometimes very annoying) glitches that included drawers that would never stay closed and a broken window latch that let the window open with strong wind gusts (and there are very strong winds in Montevideo!!!) Despite an overall good service, people at the front desk and breakfast were not always very friendly, not a big issue but could be improved.

It was great , I woke up late and they call me to the room to bring me breakfast. The service was superb , the location , and the room. My bed was two single beds put together, although we slept very well there was a gap in the morning. But a great experience, will come back.

for the money, this will be the best location and comfort breakfast is good, but can be improved

I stsy here everytime I am in MDV. Far enough away from the City to have a great stay and be in a nice part of town, yet only 10/15 minutes away in a taxi. Works everytime for me.

We always appreciate the design and special touches that were so evident in this special small hotel. When we learned that the architect was also the owner it was clear that he had put much of himself into the project.

We needed to stay close to Carrasco to be close to family. This was a great home base for a couple of days for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, the location is convenient, but on a warm night, the room kept warm. Maybe the air conditioners need to be maintained but it was warm and muggy. I was too tired to complain but the staff was very kind and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Room was spacious and clean, good value for money. Hotel is walking distance from new Sofitel Hotel and Casino, built on a renovated huge building from beginning of last century (recommended must-see), and also from shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast is Ok but could be improved adding hot food.

We arrived slightly early for our room so we asked the staff where we could have a meal for lunch. They gave us directions and we went. Came back to find our bags in the room and were pleasantly surprised at how big and light the room was. We had a wonderful view of The Rambla, but couldn't open the windows because it was blowing so much. Huge bed, good colours in the room. Good electrical points for all our gadgets. Bathroom very stylish and good water pressure in the shower. Very quiet. Could put our suitcases out of the way which made moving around the room very easy. They have a lounge come dining area which seemed to be used a lot as it had coffee making gear there for self help. We didn't have the breakfast because we left too early. All up, we had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and would stay again.
