Regency Rambla Design Apart Hotel

Staff were very helpful always ready to assist and friendly close to shops , banks and laundromat as well as buses.

This hotel was all that it is billed as. I personally believe that it should be a four star lodging as the rooms were both modern, clean and spacious. Located right across the beach and just down the street from the Carrasco market area was very nice. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful and the breakfasts were more that what I had anticipated. All thumbs up!

The bed is great, big, soft ,clean, good smell

This was not the level of comfort I expected from a Hyatt Regency. Hotel a little outside of the touristic area if by foot.

No amenities, service could be rather better, and so the room. We had to change, as the interior room was unconfortable.Best room are in front, but with an aditional that we paid. It is in a nice location

Nice location, good value. I hate their queen (double) bed that has two mattresses stuck together. You end up in the gap in the middle of the bed for an uncomfortable sleep. I've encountered these beds in hotels in Europe and hate them. I make sure they don't have these beds before I book but failed to do so in this case. Other than the bed, location is good, tight parking spots (I had a rental) but spacious, clean rooms area plus.

I very good experience a little far from downtown but very close to the airport definitely a place to stay in Montevideo

Im a regualr at this hotel. Everything you need. Staff are helpful (they even helped me to order diner in this time!). I've no hesitation to return again as its a;ways a good choice.

I arrived and have been told that my room would be ready in couple hours, because it stil been cleaned.Later I have been told that they can not accommodate me at the room that I booked (with kitchenette), the would give me room without and then next day give me my room(?)They told me that there is "there is no problem they have a room for me" There was a problem for me because They did not want to ajust a price of the room or they did not understand the inconvenience of packing and unpacking for one night. Room that I was given was very small ( it was one of the bedrooms of a 1 or 2 bedroom accommodations), because second door in accommodation was very thin so I could hear at evening everything next door guest ( opening microwave door, taking ect. Next day I booked a half day trip trough hotel. Receptionist told me that I would be picked up at 8 45 morning. A guide came to pick me up at 8 05 it was upsetting for me because I was not ready to go and had to take taxi to cach up with tour later. For the next day I asked for wake up call. I did not received, that wake up call and when I asked why that happen I receive an answear from receptionist " that I did not hear a call" ! For my inconvenience a manager complimentary send me a burger, Lastly, at the time of check out I asked to pay for bottle of water, soda and chokolate bar that I never consume and phone that I never used in amound of 14 dollars! I would not ever stay there and would not recommend to any one!

Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly new and room was comfortable and clean.
