Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bad war auch schön und geräumig. Es waren nur 5 Minuten zum Meer. Es gab in unmittelbarer Nähe Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Man musste in den 2. Stock über eine schmale steile Treppe zum Zimmer. Das hätte man vorher erfahren müssen. Für Leute mit mobiler Einschränkung definitiv nicht geeignet.

27 Brighton is a lovely small guesthouse, perfectly located, clean, charming, comfortable, safe. I had the Regent's room and I loved it, I could even see the sea down the road. It's a nice walk into town, the sea is literally down the road, lots of restaurants around the corner (if you like falafel, you have to try the Falafel House, amazing!). Amgad and Joshua were extremely kind and responsive, all the questions and issues were sorted out right away (the was a problem with the WiFi when I arrived, an engineer fixed it right away, and Amgad even installed a special device in my room, to make sure there was an additional network with good internet, which I needed for a couple of online meetings I had to take). Top service! I really recommend this place and it will be first first choice when I come to Brighton next time. Thank you!

I loved staying here, clean, tidy, very comfortable. En suite was lovely. Good communication, Great location. Nothing not to like.

I would like to share my impressions of my stay. Access to the accommodation was convenient, and the host responded quickly to my call when I couldn't get inside.My room was extremely small, but the bathroom was very clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. There was also a heated towel rail turned on in the bathroom.As for the room itself, it wasn't just dark—it was way too dark, and the lighting was terrible. There was only one trendy light bulb that barely worked and kept flickering. The carpet on the floor was dirty and stained. Since I stayed for only two nights, it was generally acceptable for a short stay. I am not sure if I was just given a room without a fridge, but they definitely need to fix the lighting issue in this room. Furthermore, there were small stains on the bed linen. This is a 4-star property, so that absolutely should not happen!

Everything was great except proximity to others and sleep quality.

There was a neighbour on the phone, talking loudly until 2am and it was difficult to sleep. The person did not stop even after told by others in the premises to be considerate of others.

Good location, comfortable bed and quiet.

The room was on the 2nd floor and it was quite hot, even with the little fan, an aircon could be useful.

The booking and check-in process was very effective and simpler than many other similar non staffed hotels. Everything was thought of including Yorkshire tea ! lots of storage sensible mirrors ( lacking in most) lighting, fridge water and Netflix !
