All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side. Please note, this property is adults-only. I liked the room, comfy bed and good facilities. Location was good for what I needed. Value for money

The host was great and responded promptly to queries. Very helpful. The room was exactly as described on the site! The small space was utilised so well and beautifully presented. Very cosy, compact, clean, and comfortable single room. Information supplied included clear instructions on how to operate the television and shower and also places to eat and drink The property is well located; walking distance to the sea and shops and restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Had a lovely stay!

Would not recommend. They use doors with electric codes to get into the building. When I arrived it was broken. I tried to call their number and they didn't answer. I never got to stay here in the end! Ultimately its dangerous. What if someone didn't have anywhere else to go and they were left out on the street at night? Since this issue their customer service and communication has also been poor. Eventually I managed to get a refund but only after I went directly to Booking.com to chase the issue.

Window in our room (room 5) seemed a bit broken and let through a lot of wind noise. There was a storm when we stayed so it was really loud

all I can say is that I was speechless, I have never experienced such kindness and helpfulness... When my partner and I arrived in Brighton, the host informed us that unfortunately there was a minor malfunction and there was no hot water and kindly offered us an apartment, which was in the very city center, at no extra charge. The apartment was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable, it had everything and more. The host was always available for anything we needed... a truly exceptional experience! All I can say is thank you for everything and my partner and I are happy to come back! ❤️
