Please note, the deposit and the full amount charged 14 days prior arrival are nonrefundable. Check in times are from 15:00 to 21:00 between Monday and Sunday. Please note that from the pavement there are 8 steps with hand rails either side to the front door. There is one single guest room on the ground floor. All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side. Please note, this property is adults-only. It cannot accommodate children.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Great value for money, and the decor was beautifully done. Very warm and homely.

It wasn’t an issue for us as we were travelling light, but our room was at the top of two flights of stairs. More of an FYI if you’re bringing a large suitcase.

The room was very clean and cosy and the decor was really cool. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything we needed and an excellent location. Definitely value for money and I'd definitely stay again.

The shower wasn't the best (weak and couldn't get the right temperature easily), the walls are quite thin and so you could hear people in the room next to us. The provided shampoo wasn't very nice.

"Really lovely little guesthouse and great location"

Great location with decent parking nearby at Buzz Bingo. The property is beautifully decorated, and so many thoughtful details in the room.

The rooms are very small which is fine but a massive cast iron radiator blocked one side of the bed so we had to use towels to cover it to protect our shins when getting out of bed! Check out is pretty early (10.30am) and as the rooms are very close to each other with minimal sound proofing, We were woken up by the cleaner / staff having a loud conversation outside our door for a good 15-20minutes on the Saturday morning which wasn’t great!

It was very handy for visiting someone in hospital. The room was very 'cosy' and although there was a double bed, I am pleased it was only me.

There were a lot of stairs and my shower went cold mid way on a couple of occasions. The fan went off a lot in the bedroom nextdoor which kept me awake and woke me early mornings but that's typical hotel occurrences.
