Please note that from the pavement there are 8 steps with hand rails either side to the front door. There is one single guest room on the ground floor. All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side. Please note, this property is adults-only. a great place to stay for a few days. good location. nice small cozy clean room. staff was very helpful and quick to respond. a recommend!

if you have a car, a bit of a problem to find a place to park and parking is pricey in Brighton.

"Well equipped, spacious and very clean room close to central Brighton, the beach, and the pier!"

Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything! The room was clean, well equipped and a good size! Shower was nice and hot, and very clean. Good communication from the owners all the way through my stay. Would definitely stay again.
