Casa Santa Ana Hotel Boutique - Spa

The hotel is located in more of a local area but within walking distance of the old town area. It is a restored colonial home. The hotel on request provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel staff made a great breakfast and were very helpful in providing us with a one-day guided tour of the city. We felt perfectly comfortable walking around the area. It was a much more relaxed environment than the tourist laden old town area.

Good breakfast, clean, quiet hotel. Very lovely courtyard. Not all rooms have windows other than one in the door.

Clean, in a great location near the Trinidad church where people hang out. I believe this "Boutique" Hotel has 5 rooms they rent out. The roof-top pool was very nice and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves. The staff was very good too. I just think however that the price was a little high compared to some of the other smaller hotels in Cartagena. One thing that sort of irritated me was that you have to knock on the door / or ring a bell to get back in to the hotel. So at 2 am someone has to come down to unlock the door and I felt that that was their way of keeping tabs on us.

I can not fault this hotel. It is well located, a very short walk from restaurants and a square with a great atmosphere, and also the historic walled city is less than 10 minutes away. The staff are very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. The breakfast selection is a la carte and I loved the ones I tried - large servings also. The hotel is very classy and even though it is so close to everything, it feels like an oasis. It is incredibly peaceful. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

The area was a little unexpected. Lots of bars and restaurants, but Noisy, lots of low cost hostels in area, not much shopping.

Great stay. Fantastic breakfast - super friendly staff. Nice clean room. Amazing rooftop pool area to relax in after a hard day walking around the town. Close to super trendy Plazo Trinidad surrounded by street food, bars and the street art. But only a short 5 minute walk to the Clock Tower. 100% recommend.

Casa Santa Ana was awesome. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. I'll would definitely go back if ever in Cartagena. Lived It!

Wonderful stay! The staff are so lovely and welcoming, the little hotel is gorgeous and cozy and always spotless. Perfect location as well. Can't beat it for the amazing price!

My friends and I just spent five nights at Casa Santa Ana and it was wonderful. Excellent location, stunning little boutique hotel and wonderful service. The rooftop pool was so refreshing on a hot day, the daily breakfast was filling and delicious and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The price is also incredible! I can't recommend it more.
