Beautiful common areas and garden

The hotel is really worn out. It seems that focus lies on common areas and the garden, both beautiful, but rooms are in bad condition. Furniture is old, bathrooms pretty bad (shower handles falling off, new silicon and lick of paint badly needed). We were missing a sheet to cover ourselves on the bed, the sheet underneath was to short etc. Not a quality one expects paying 200 Euro a night in Goa…

The staff were really amazing, especially the manager who was extremely accomodating, and Devidas at breakfast. Location was great and it was a very peaceful property.

It could do with some investment to bring the place upto a higher standard. This is an exceptional property with great staff but the owners could upgrade it to the standard it deserves.
