This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels.

This old Portuguese Villa is a beautiful tranquil oasis amidst the noise of Anjuna . Lovely pool and friendly staff. Good breakfast and good location to get to other places in North Goa. We went at the end of the season so it was quiet, the pool was fantastic as the beach was far too hot!

Nothing in particular, the rooms don’t get cleaned unless asked, e.g clean towels, toilet rolls.

Amazing 200+ year old traditional Portuguese house, incredible interiors, beautiful furniture and large rooms. All the staff were very kind. The place is peaceful away from the busyness of Anjuna but within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants and Anjuna beach (tops end). Pool is lovely surrounded by gorgeous bougainvillea. Will definitely revisit.
