Hotel Presidente

The room and staff were lovely the food was pathetic,we ate out every meal, the desert was always melon and pineapple which is great if you want it every night

Just returned from the pre Christmas trip at the Hotel Presidente. Could not fault anything on my 4 days stay. Lovely staff, excellent food and the refurbishment was top notch. The bar prices were very reasonable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location handy for everything you need. All in all one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Benidorm. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. Thankyou so much for an enjoyable stay. Gracias.

Me and my partner stayed for a week for my 50th Birthday. I cannot fault this hotel ! Food amazing Entertainment brilliant Cleanliness very good Shower outstanding Beds super comfy Location perfect I would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely be back 🤩 We stayed in room 739 overlooking pool with a lovely balcony.

A hotel is just a building without caring staff. It is the people who transform a building into a hotel by providing services like check-in, room service, hotel catering, maintenance, and security. My wife and I had another excellent holiday in the Presidente Hotel, Benidorm, from the 28th of October until the 6th of November 2025. On arrival, we were greeted by a splendid receptionist called Nelson, and we would take this opportunity to thank Nelson for his courtesy. We would also take this opportunity to thank Amanda, Leny, Leticia, Alberto, and all the other reception staff at the Presidente Hotel for their friendliness during our stay. It is their hospitality that creates a fantastic guest experience. We had requested a room on a higher floor near the lifts with a pool view, and this is exactly what we got. Our various chambermaids were wonderful. They cleaned our room and changed all our towels daily, and they frequently changed our bedding. Our appreciation for their helpfulness during our stay goes to Fidela, Antonio, Estafania, Laura, Alejandro, the 2 Davids and the 2 Kristians. All the other staff who work in the restaurant that we spoke with were pleasant, and they all made us feel very welcome. Javi, Miguel, and all the other people who work in the Gallery Bar are some of the nicest people we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and everything was done with a smile and in a friendly manner. A special mention to Mario, the excellent Gallery Bar keyboard player and singer. Lazaro (the pool security guard) was also very helpful, and he takes excellent photographs. We know that Sergio de la Serna, the Manager of the Hotel Presidente (who always made time to chat with us during our stay), really appreciates having such good employees. ranks as one of the best hotels we have stayed in.normally wherever you stay usually find something gripe about ,at the presedente was not so .perfect location to enjoy the delights of benidorm staff and rooms excellent the food was lovely not one meal was there a time we did not like something even had english bacon and sausages for breakfast i plan to revisit benidorm next year most definatly will book the presidente

Hotel very clean. Good housekeeping Food quite good. Bar prices fair. Entertainment good. Some charges spoil it. 10 for a towel then another 3 if you change it during your stay. 20 for safe. Too much.The weirdest one is 65 per room for tea and coffee top ups . Staff ok except for Andrea in the bar who seems to have constant attitude and obviously criticism client's under her breath while serving them. Never smiles. Laura and Leny in reception are opposite. Nothing too much and so efficient. Would I go back. Possibly.

Great hotel very central spotless maid in every day pool area was great but couldn't use the pool or jacuzzi because there is no hand rail on either apart from that everything was spot on would definitely go again

Great location … staff really helpful.. nice room. The pool area was very nice with the pool bar serving food and drinks. The food in the restaurant was a bit bland , just ok. We booked breakfast and evening meal but decided to eat out in the evening. There was entertainment every evening in the bar which was good.

Nice clean hotel arrived at 12.oclock and receptionist offered us a choice of rooms immediately which was great.Rooms were spotless with a fantastic shower[no bath] maid was in every day. We had a room on the 8th floor top of the hotel very quiet side view of the sea and onto main street. We hired a safe for 4 euros a day easy to operate. Pool had plenty of beds but water was ice cold. Restaurant had a good and varied choice of food for breakfast and evening meal only downside was my wife has coeliac and there was very little options for her unless you like salad and fruit.Did not have have to bother staff much but they always seemed friendly. Bar prices where as good as anywhere at night and would not put anyone one off of booking this hotel.
