Hotel Presidente

Just back from a 10 night stay at the Hotel Presidente and I can honestly say it is probably the best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. The staff are all so professional and so friendly, the rooms are clean & comfortable and we had fresh bedding & towels every day. The restaurant is extremely clean with a good selection of dishes and a bottle of wine is only 6euros. The lounge & terrace is also a lovely place for chilling out & watching the world go by with a great wee snack menu. The pool area is also great for relaxation and topping up the tan but the highlight for us was the Philippines 10 club. It is the best place for entertainment in our opinion. The entertainment in here is absolutely fantastic and probably the best we've ever seen and we have been coming to Benidorm for over 15years! The club is beautiful inside and the staff are excellent. We honestly had an amazing holiday and the Hotel Presidente definitely made it extra special!

Great hotel, really caters to the British/Irish crowd with food, chicken pie, roast beef n Yorkshire pudding on Sunday. All the staff work extremely hard, the place is immaculate, and thanks to Silvin for keeping our room up to scratch. All the staff go quietly about their work but my husband said it was nice to see Antonia the bar man in the restaurant, greet regulars, remembering them, particularly the older folks who would really appreciate the chat. My husband is celiac and requires a gluten free diet, I would say the food is good, cereals and bread provided. Maybe they could offer gluten free pasta in the evening, as an option, as we did feel the evening choice was not as extensive, but just a small issue. Thank you

Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

Clean room lovely pool view. Fantastic shower. Food was lovely every night. One fault , the air con was set to 24 degrees, and wouldn’t go any lower. a bit warm even for us brits! 20 in the rooms would have been perfect.

4* hotel but so tight on tea and coffee in your room. Never had a hotel so tight. So far all staff are very friendly and polite. Rooms clean. Forgot my shower gel. Looks like the hotel only gives you complementary shower gel for one day. Will go and buy some. Remember it's a 4* hotel

Been going to this hotel for over 20 years. It never disappoints. Staff are always attentive and friendly. Special mention to Dani and Antonio in restaurant and Havi and his amazing bar staff. Hotel is always clean and always plenty on offer to eat, even for those of us who are fussy. Looking forward to next year.

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Picked this hotel as we stayed at others but heard this was great from fellow Jet2 flight passengers on way home. Often go to their Entertainment lounge which is lovely. Underneath hotel in plush comfortable surrounding and has amazing shows and the bar staff over the last 6 years of going have been amazing. Now hotel room was amazing pool view and good lift choice but will only stop on certain floors priority ordering to first button pressed too. Great helpful reception staff Paula you get a mention. ;) Lifeguards by pool are also exceptional they helped disabled people get on and out if the sloping pool no need for steps. Bar staff great too but shuts at 6pm pool at 7 and by 6 ish you felt like you needed to move off your beds. Tidy and the cleanest pool area is seen. Two tiers for beds including Bali beds. Plenty of parasols and clean outside loos. Bedrooms well furnished with everything safe,hairdryer toilet bidet and iron and board. Plenty hanging space for a week/2 weeks holidays. Laundry service available. Now the only thing we all found having stars compared to the pueblo we stay at normally is food choice and standards. Food night best one the fresh seafood night! Rest mediocre and just warm. Really unfriendly waiting staff and RUDE yes Rude chefs on some evenings and lunch time young women. Not acceptable we were never rude. Bar staff young man here was so helpful and friendly. Also the most friendly was the guy Dani at the restaurant entrance whom checks your board and entrance. Table seating anywhere and plenty of disabled ones near to selfserve counters and disabled allocated sunbeds. A big Plus - Not many children here thank goodness. But do accept them as have a small playground for young ones by the outside toilets. Would stay again as central for Levante Beach and entertainment. Even taxi rank just opposite to take us to old town if we didn’t fancy bus. Esther our housekeeper for room You were lovely many thanks.

Hotel Presidente is in a perfect location for nightly entertainment or a leisurely drink in the sun, the staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is good with plenty of choice, so good I am going to spend Christmas and New Year there, I can recommend Hotel Presidente highly.

We have just returned from our first visit to Benidorm. After recommendations from friends, we stayed for seven nights at the Hotel Presidente on a half board basis. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. We were given a room on the seventh floor facing the street (opposite Jokers bar). We were very pleased with our room, in particular the very comfortable bed. The room came with a safe which cost 20 euros for the week, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer plus a television which had several English channels. The air-con was very good. The surprising thing was, despite our room facing the busy road with all the loud bars, the soundproofing in our room (with the balcony doors shut) was excellent, we really couldn’t hear a thing! The only negative about our room is it never received any sunshine all day. Restaurant – Breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from, including British bacon and sausages. There was a good choice if you fancied a continental buffet, including two varieties of tasty croissants. Evening meal – there was a good choice to choose from, although we did feel some evenings were a bit repetitive. Great selection of desserts. Wine, beers, and drinks were available from the restaurant bar at reasonable prices. The swimming pool area is in two sections, the main pool is located on the lower area and was the most popular area for sunbathing. The upper section had plenty of sun loungers, double beds, and pods plus a very powerful Jacuzzi. We used the upper area for all of our holiday. The pool bar served a very good variety of drinks plus you could order food/snacks. The ground floor has the Gallery bar, which of an evening has live music. Attached to the hotel is the Surprise Attack bar with its giant screen showing all sorts of sport. Your room key gives you a discount on the drinks. On the lower floor is the extremely popular Philippines 10 tribute entertainment bar. The venue shows seven different acts every night and all of them that we watched were excellent. If you want a decent seat, you need to get in there early, as the venue is open to everyone, not just hotel guests. Again, show your room key for a discount. We found all the staff to be helpful and friendly, especially our room maid Popi. The Presidente is located right in the heart of all the lively bars and other entertainment venues, you’re spoilt for choice no matter where you go. The beach is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our first visit to Benidorm and indeed our stay at the Presidente hotel. We will certainly return sometime soon.
