Hotel Presidente

Absolutely brilliant hotel, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, rooms are lovely and clean, pool area amazing, thank you all for looking after us so well, hopefully we will be back in February 2026 😊🥰

Lovely clean hotel. Can not fault food, there is something for everyone, great salad bar. Ice cream machine with all the toppings etc. Display cooking. English bacon, i could go on and on. Bar in restaurant to get your drinks at lunch and dinner times, always served very quickly, staff always smiling and happy (and very hard working). Bedrooms spotless, we had a street view room with large balcony which overlooked the Arrow and Arcos hotel across the road. Great for people watching. Once you close the doors, no noise could be heard from the street. Great black out curtains too. Shower very powerful, is the best we have ever had, love it. Kettle and fridge in room. We buy our own milk from shop up the road and bring our own coffee and teabags from home. There is a safe in all rooms but there is a supplement that you need to pay if you want to use it. TV is excellent, most channels in english. There is a club downstairs opposite the restaurant which has excellent acts on every night and the drinks are very reasonable, we love it in there. Some of the singers are absolutely outstanding. The outside pool area is one of the best we have seen at a hotel, it is spotless, spacious, beautiful and always sun beds available (we always go in November).

So first off- great hotel, very central, 4 mins walk to Levante beach. Staff are excellent and reception are very welcoming and friendly, Alberto is always smiling and happy to help. Food is fab, so much choice sometimes had to have two plates of dinner as it was so yummy! We stayed Full board and it is worth every penny. Drinks are very reasonable for a hotel too. Rooms: comfy beds, air con ok at keeping room cool enough, also has a fan if you need. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Usb ports as well as sockets. There was a strange high pitch hum coming from one of the sockets though! Bathroom was lovely, enough space, fresh towels everyday and all cleaned very well. So why 4 stars and not five? We had an issue with our shower, it was very bipolar in the fact that it would get really hot, so you would turn it down a little, then it would get really cold , so you turn it up again and the same thing happened over and over- even trying to leave it in the middle still caused the same problem. It was no fun getting burnt then freezing to death! We told reception about this twice but even though someone appeared to come and check nothing was actually done about it. They probably stuck their hand under it for about a minute and thought it was ok- it would run fine for a couple of minutes then start acting up. So if you get room 313 just be aware! Also the gym is not great, good selection of weights but thats it, very basic for a 4star hotel. We would come back and would recommend but hopefully if we do, we wont get a dodgy shower!

Im a disabled person & this hotel was recommended as we review & blog for the disabled Community. This hotel was above and beyond for their disabled rooms and service. They made sure disabled people feel valued and comfortable. Just a few tips the shower controls need moving in disabled bathrooms as where the seat is in the shower means it is impossible to reach the shower controls. The food was delicious with a great range & selection of well cooked & presented food. The staff once again were superb & couldn't do enough to help. They did have tables at the front reserved for disabled customers however it would be nice if they could make sure disabled people that have booked disabled rooms got one as sometimes others took them which was annoying. The entertainment at night was brilliant both upstairs in the main bar area & downstairs in the nightclub with plenty of variety The pool area was fantastic & full marks for providing people that had booked a ground floor disabled room the area outside of theiŕ window exclusively for them to sunbathe in lieu of having a balcony as effectively that was their balcony. Top marks to the lifeguards & staff that helped to police this & make sure these spaces were only used by the disabled people who were staying in the rooms they belonged to. This last bit I really hope Managment take on board & address as I was so disappointed about this & after talking to other disabled guests know that others feel the same. WHY have you nothing to help disabled guests get into the swimming pool. No hoist , lift or amphibian wheelchairs. They are not that expensive when you think of the use they will get & how many repeat customers you will get just by addressing this problem. One of the lifeguards did say they would carry me in using a hand held hoist that didn't look very safe esp as I am a large lady & would have been terrified of hurting him as well as myself. I was most disappointed about this & had to endure the heat unable to cool off in the pool. I am hoping that this will be resolved so I can go back to this hotel as I really enjoyed my stay there except for this issue.

Lovely comfortable spacious rooms,exceptionally clean, food is great with plenty of choice, staff are brilliant ,no noise from outside

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly face Leny, she was able to offer us a room at the side of the hotel, which my wife prefers, so that was great. Leny was so pleasant and kind, when checking us in, nothing was too much trouble, she is a real asset to your organisation. When we got to our room it was immaculate, cleaned by a lovely lady named Blanca, that room was cleaned to that exacting standard every day during our stay, it was a pleasure to enter our room. We noticed a problem with the balcony door which would not lock, we informed Victoria on reception and the issue was resolved, it later reoccurred we informed Letica who said you have reported this problem before, I will have it seen to immediately, it was and we never had a problem with it again. The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is outstanding and the hygiene standards are far better than anywhere outside, one suggestion is it would be nice to have an Urn in the restaurant to provide proper boiling water on demand for tea making and some English T.bags please. That aside all the staff in the restaurant are very nice and work really hard, I did need to help them clear my table on a few occasions, which wasn’t their fault, they never stopped working. Finally I couldn’t end this review without giving a warm hearted mention to Nacho on reception, he’s such a lovely smiling guy, and the last member of staff you see when leaving, which makes leaving just a little bit easier. This is a really nice friendly hotel .. I have spent my holiday here twice a year for several years and would highly recommend it.

The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size in the rooms and I absolutely love the showers they are amazing. The noise level is good you can't hear anything once the doors are closed. The service is amazing in the hotel especially the bar staff in the gallery. They were amazing with my 1 year old daughter. The cleanliness is good in the hotel it is always looking clean in there and the rooms always smell nice once the cleaners have been to do the rooms. The Gallery area and the restaurant area are amazing and are always clean and tidy and very professional. The amenities are very good, there are plenty of shops around the hotel there is always something to do. The value of the hotel is amazing and it's definitely worth however much your paying to stay there for and the location is amazing couldn't ask for a better area

I love this hotel, the location is belting, the staff are very helpful and professional, right from the maids, up to reception & security. Infact I would like to say a big thank you to our hyperactive maid Lydia and her having to put up with us changing our mind's constantly with cleaning the room. I came with my son, he had never been to benidorm before and he loved it, especially the hotel and it's location for getting around the town. This was my 3rd visit to the Presidente and I must say that I've never had a problem getting a sunbed, even in peak season. I must admit though I do think the food has dipped a bit but I prepared fo this, thus time round and ate out a lot ( eventhough we were full board ) Another concern was the bar opposite us Accra Gold I think it's called. Last time I was there the music from the bar was blasting out music, so much so it completely spoilt sitting on the the Presidente terrace but on this visit your could sit and chill and watch the world go by enjoying a drink. Clearly the Presidente has worked to reduce the noise levels coming from the bar and it's back when it was when I first visited the hotel. In a nutshell, I am planing to visit the Presidente again next year simply because.. I Love This Hotel 🙂😎

Nice hotel, room good size, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee & milk for 1st night only, then a charge, should be free for entire stay. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Food excellent, something for everyone but would have expected water with the meal instead there is a bar in the restaurant & you can buy your drink. Our room on first floor looked was beside the lifts & looked out onto Jokers but no noise once the doors were closed. Staff could have been friendlier & no information given about the hotel or user guide in the room for air con, ceiling fan etc.

First stay at this beautiful hotel, girl when checking in was prompt and met my request no problem, reception area is beautiful, and so clean I was on the 7th floor, room was spotless, bed very comfortable, view was also lovely especially at night, tea and coffee in room but if you want more it's around 5 euro for the week, fridge also in room, the non steam mirror in the bathroom is fab,no wiping required when doing make up lol Pool area lovely, we didn't get to use much as the weather was not great Breakfast, lunch and dinner, no complaints at all, good choice, my fav was the goulash 😋 oh and a big bowl of whipped ice cream for afters lol drink prices in the restaurant was cheap indeed, friendly staff also make it great Gallery bar inside the hotel is a great place for drinks and to sit and relax, the staff here are fab, so friendly My nights mostly consisted of going to Philippines 10 under the hotel, fab fab place. Shows until 1 in the morning, great drinks, great staff, great shows, just love it here I will 100 per cent return to this hotel, I have stayed in the ambassador too but so much prefer hotel presidente Thanks for a fantastic stay
