Very clean, the staff who work all very friendly, Negative: the elevator does not work, the wifi is very bad, you cannot use it even to check your bank accounts, very noisy at night.

This room was a great deal for the $30US a night!! I'd stay here again. Clean, location was close to 5th Ave and the beach. The room also had a mini fridge. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The pillows were too thin and firm for me. There is a grocery store warehouse across the street so there is some delivery truck noise in the early AM hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and decor. The hotel was in the middle of businesses, however there were several restaurants to choose from.

Awesome little new hotel. Just a couple blocks from 5ta Avenida. Super clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. And the price was super cheap.
