Hotel Plaza Playa - Near Playa del Carmen Main Beach

The hotel was pretty standard, it had everything you needed. The staff was great when you needed something. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly. The housekeeping was exceptional! The resort was 15 minutes from the beach and close to all local shops and malls. The Wi-Fi was not very good at all, it did not reach the room. Often times we had today out on the balcony to get signal. There were mosquitos in the lobby area at night also. Overall our stay was great.

Well worth your money , nice clean and very new hotel , its easy to find and its one block away from main street and 3 blocks from the beach, nice floors , air conditioning, and clean good smelling beds. 5 star for me

Clean...nice staff. Definitely not at all an all inclusive. Recommended for sleeping and venturing out all day. Beds are nice. Spacious room setting.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for three nights while in playa del carmen and it was really nice. It is very clean and modern. There was nothing wrong with it except maybe the Wi-Fi. The lock is very short to the center, this is on 15th St. the center is on fifth. 15th then 10 then five, thats how the streets are. Probably takes five minutes to walk. It was such a beautiful day.

This hotel is very nice for the price. The only complaint I have is that the wifi did not work very good. We had a very nice stay and the breakfast next door was amazing. I have stayed at two other affordable hotels in Playa and this was the best one. Staff was great and the room very clean.

This hotel is simply a great value for the money. The rooms are clean, have a fridge, easy off street parking and a laundry service next door. (15 pesos per kilo 0.80 USD) The AC is quiet and super cold and our triple room was spacious! This is a quiet area, yet only 5 minutes to 5th Avenue and for our purposes perfect in and out to areas outside of Playa Del Carmen, as the main road to the highway has little traffic even during rush hour. You simply cannot beat the equation of cost to value...

Location's great! 5 min Walking distance to restaurants like: el nativo, el fogón, las quekas & bisquets de Obregón. 10 min walk to 5ta avenida. The only reason I did't give 5⭐️ It's because there is a food distribution center in front of the hotel and can be noisy early morning. Other than that it's great and cheap!!

Fabrioa is really nice & helpful. Hotel is very clean & well maintained. ( remember to request room 2-9 & 27-34, or it might be noisy due to close to street)
