Colonial Inn Motel

Great value, clean bathroom and floors, bed was fine, easy parking, nice lady at the desk made my late check in and early departure a breeze. Classic motel kinda place.

The staff was very helpful and and friendly upon arrival and went confirming my reservation.

I had reserved a room for a worker who works for me. I reserved the room under my credit card. My worker payed for the room in cash before he left and they still charged my credit card. So Colonial Motel was payed twice. Do Not Trust Them!!!

The motel is older and needs a good cleaning bed was comfortable old TV and tiny rooms. The bathrroom was in need of repair only 1 light worked and it had yowela that delt like sand paper! We traveled with our own towels. Over all we didnt expect much and we feel we got what we paid for.

This is an older hotel, but a good value for the money. For travelers looking for a place to stay on a limited budget and looking for a room with a refrigerator and microwave. This is a good choice. Not too far major highways. I will stay here when I'm in the area again.

Property was old and falling apart. AC made lots of noise. Old TV sets. Bugs everywhere except in the beds. Doors were broken. Only 2 towels for 2 of us. Needed lots of repairs. Carpets looked very dirty. No person at front desk. You had to ring for them. You could see through the doors to outside. Very small rooms. No extra amenities. Fridges were broken. You had to ask for a room with one that worked. This "Motel" should of never been listed on Expedia or any other website. It was below subpar. We only stayed because my husband had a sick stomach and didn't want to leave for fear of getting sick further. No food places around either. Front desk person was even dressed in dirty shorts and a top. She was friendly though. I say don't book here. Go someplace else. The motel looks like a dive inside and out.

The price was not as advertised on line. Was supposed to be $60 canadian and was more expensive at check out. Otherwise it was fine for a cheap older motel in a smaller town. No towels peovided which was weird.

Dirtiness and items not functioning properly..Like light switches and the toilet was very loose on the base. I requested room service and only one day out of three they change one towel and put a floor mat in bathroom that was not there at first. Bed was never made any days. Exterior was horrendous. Price was good but probably too much for these conditions, I will never stay there again even if offered a lower price.

If all you want is a clean bed for the cheapest amount then this is the place. So many updates needed inside the room and to the property in general. Bed was clean (checked for bed bugs) but that was about the only thing. Dresser was broken, fridge didn’t work, had to get wireless router from the office for our room to have wifi. Old tube tv worked with cable but picture was horrible. Bathroom was dark and in poor repair. Shower pressure was decent but tub was so narrow and used old style shower rod so had to put the curtain on the outside of the tub and mop up after just so i had room to turn around. No wash clothes provided. No shampoo provided and bar soap had obviously been water damaged because the paper wouldn’t peel off.
