Great breakfast lovely presentation good food really nice young waitress.

How my complaints were handled. They got angry with me and insisted they were right but I took a photo to prove my point. The shower was rusty and the grout and sealant needed a good clean. I found dust and a spider in our mugs. I requested margarine for breakfast they did not comply.

"Good hotel with friendly staff, I would stay again."

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beds (had a great nights sleep - although the 13 mile walk to get there probably helped!). We ate in the hotels restaurant and the food was excellent.

Lovely, quirky hotel with friendly staff and fabulous food. Pretty little courtyard to enjoy pre dinner drinks. Huge, comfortable bed.

"The best meals in Porlock! And fabulous staff."

The evening meal was fantastic, as was the breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional and the service was very good. The location in the high street of Porlock was perfect, and it was lovely to hear the seagulls flying about outside. It was also great to have a small sitting room in our room as well as the bedroom.

The shower and the ensuite was very small! Otherwise no complaints.
