GBGood access to moors and nearby villages. Easy parking. Nearby butcher does a very good breakfast roll. Good views of the moors, especially from the beer garden.

Our bins were not emptied during our 3 night break, had to ask for milk, tea bags as they were not replenished, the place needs a thorough clean.

No legs on beds!? Felt like sleeping on camp bed ,bathroom tap loose ,mouldy silicone in shower ,stair carpet and doors filthy and kitchen closed so no evening meal on offer. Place in serious need of a clean and tidy up

I arrived to find there was no dinner or breakfast available on Mondays and Tuesdays. I was walking coast to coast walk so already had to walk an additional 2 miles to get there. The only other restaurant in town was also closed. I was then left alone in the hotel as the only occupant when the one staff member left for the night. I let myself out early the next morning. This situation was not acceptable and I think an apology and a refund is required.

The whole properly is dirty! Broken glass in window and Fixed with sellotape, window doesn’t open unless you wedge something in it, the bed have no feet so are basically in the floor and every bed had multiple slats missing or broken so not supportive at all! The tap on the bathroom was broken and swinging around when u turnt the water on, hot and cold the wrong way round so got burnt! The shower piping was so bad you can see the outdoors while showering! Big hole and draft from under the shower, when there was a gust of wind the laminate floor lifted and bath mat moved along the floor! Terrible wiring, expensive lead nailed to wall and wires hanging! Awful! Contacted the manager and never heard back! Cheeky to charge what they do for such a terrible room!
