Beautiful place and food was amazing

We were assigned the wrong room upon arrival and nothing could be done as no manager on site. I had a booking for one of the most expensive rooms with roof top terrace for 2 nights and we were put in PH9 for the first night. Yes the manager corrected this to another room (not the one originally booked) the next day but we couldn’t unpack or relax. We travelled from Scotland so unfortunately this was a mistake with bookings, and we unfortunately were the ones that didn’t get what we were really excited to check into! Although the 2nd room was beautiful and amazing we only got to enjoy for one night. We were offered comp breakfast but i already had paid in advance. I haven’t had anything monetary returned to me as yet as quite a price difference and the inconvenience. I would recommend anyone staying here to confirm prior to arrival that you get the correct room. I was disappointed as this was a surprise for my daughter and I can’t re do it.

We've stayed in another nearby property and like the location a lot. Very convenient for the beach, walking path, restaurants, etc. In this case, the hotel just doesn't match the level of the area. Everything in the room is dated, partially broken, or worn out. The shower and tub had the temperature dials removed so you could not adjust the hot/cold. The sofa was so worn you would prefer to sit on the floor. The same could be said of the rooftop pool area where for some reason they want to charge $75/day for the sunbeds in addition to the daily "fee" they already charge. Some of the staff were great, others not so much. Until they decide if they are staying in business and update things, I would choose another nearby property.

Bra och rymligt hotell med gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger och strand. Mycket trevligt poolområde med många sitt-/liggplatser och bar! Perfekt att bo i en lägenhet, när man reser som familj med vuxna barn. Ett sovrum plus bäddsoffa med TV i båda rummen. Bra med kylskåp, micro och kaffekokare och möjlighet att tvätta och torka kläderna.

Frysen fungerade inte och en serviceman kom och tittade och konstaterade att det visst var kallt, men det var inte frysgrader så vår köpta glass och frysta mat smälte. Fanns inte så mycket köksgeråd. Hade önskat en brödrost, hellre än en vinkyl. Fanns inte tillräckligt med bestick och kaffemuggar till alla 4 i sällskapet.
