very large room size, great staff, nice in situ restaurant and location close to the beach as well as bars and restaurants but not too crowded.

Some noise from Collins street but nothing too serious. It was quite pricey but probably fair for the quality.

I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel markets itself as a 4-star property, but in reality, it felt more like a 2-star at best. The photos and online presentation are completely different from what you actually get — it felt like a total catfish situation. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. We had no proper hot water in the shower for our entire 7-day stay. We called reception several times and were told the water was “warm” and that they would “heat it up in 20 minutes,” but nothing ever changed. For a hotel at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was also very poor. The hallways were never vacuumed and constantly covered in dust and dirt. The rooms themselves felt manky and unclean — we never felt comfortable or properly settled because of how poorly maintained everything was. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were not professional and didn’t provide the level of service you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. There was no sense of hospitality or customer care, which made the whole stay even more frustrating. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, which is convenient for exploring Miami Beach. However, that alone does not justify the high price. Overall, this stay was a complete rip-off for what you receive. We definitely would not stay here again. It did not meet our standards at all, and for the cost, it feels like an absolute scam.

Great location, nice property and exceptional service. Loved the attached restaurant, Orange Blossom, with beautiful interior and exterior courtyard dining. Food was very good and reasonable (we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the Orange Blossom). I would've given this property a 4.5 star just based on the outstanding service (front desk, housekeeping, pool, and restaurant) BUT the dirty and highly worn room (room 218) drags this property down. Lots of broken, scuffed and dirty walls, tiles, cabinets and upholstery (including a cigarette burned seating cushion). I get it, it's South Beach (party central) but the maintenance Team needs to step up their game.

I can’t fill the bath tub with hot water. When I requested for help the maintenance guy said that they didn’t have the capacity for that. During all the stay I wanted to postpone my checkout time. The front desk said it would be ok for that. For my surprise on the last day they say it wouldn’t be ok. I had to move with my family (wife and a 6 months old son) to other hotel.

Propreté et entretien extrêmement médiocre (petits insectes éviers cuisine et salle de bain), la taque de cuisson cassée qui a chauffé toute une journée et ensuite où nous devions utiliser le panneau d'électricité pour la mettre en route), nettoyage très très superficiel - le technicien avait promis un nettoyage complet suite aux insectes - il n'a jamais été réalisé. Pas grand chose comme ustensiles pour cuisiner. Pas de plat pour le four - quand j'ai voulu le mettre en route, de grosses peluches de poussières sont sorties de l'aération. Le banc sur la terrasse cassé, pas possible de s'assoir à trois dessus. Le canapé n'a plus de forme et aucun maintient. Mobilier vieillot. L'alarme du CVS juste en dessous de la chambre qui a fonctionné 4 jours 24/24 non stop. Le bruit des 'bips' des boutons de l'ascenseur - la nuit c'est très désagréable - alors que nous étions au fond du couloir. L'odeur très désagréable dans le couloir et le tapis du couloir très sale. A la piscine, une partie des transats sont inconfortables car complètement déformés. Le petit déjeuner se fait au restaurant Orange Blossom - choix restreint compréhensible, mais quand on reste 9 nuits, c'est très répétitif.

Everything, amazing property, good location, nice rooms.

My husband and I stayed here fortunately for only 2 nights. Whilst the staff are friendly and helpful our room is nothing like the photos. The bed was comfortable sheets clean but the furniture was not. However the location was great

Beliggenhed og deres pool

Personalet var søde, men havde alt for travlt, forstod ikke så godt engelsk, og der var meget ringe kommunikation mellem dem. Derudover lå vi vågne fra kl 5.30-8.30 to af dagene pga renovering - altså vi snakker boremaskiner i beton.. dette brokkede vi os over, men der blev intet gjort. De undskyldte og lovede alt muligt, men intet skete. Til den pris er dette helt uacceptabelt. Jeg har stadig intet hørt selvom de lovede de ville kontakte mig efter hjemkomst .
