Albergo sporchissimo!! Mi hanno promesso un rimborso che poi non è mai avvenuto!! Imbarazzanti!! Filtri dell’aria pieni di polvere, letto sfondato e acqua calda terminata in 2 minuti! La peggior esperienza in un 4 stelle!

Service was very very poor.

We liked how calm the room felt once the door closed. The lighting in the evening created a cozy mood, and the hotel never felt overwhelming. The rooftop area felt busier than expected in the late afternoon, so we went back later in the evening instead.

Hotel muy confortable, bien ubicado, buenos servicios El personal es muy servicial, muy cordial y muy eficiente. Ese aspecto es muy bueno. El barrio tiene muy buena conexión con el transporte público y también dos supermercados donde encontrás casi todo lo necesario a dos cuadras como máximo

No es que hubiera algo que "no me gustó" sino que es lo que tengo para sugerir como mejora, creo le falta un poco de mantenimiento, por ejemplo mejorar el mobiliario y aspecto de la recepción, eso sin duda no es acorde al resto del establecimiento, alguna lámpara de la habitación que no enciende o la tapa de pilas del cofre de seguridad que al faltar te pueden dejar sin acceso al contenido cuando más lo necesitás o cuando el personal de mantenimiento no está. Detalles casi intrascendentes pero es lo único que tengo para comentar en este sentido.

Mornings were my favorite here. The room stayed cool and quiet, and stepping outside early felt easy and relaxed. The overall mood felt calm and unforced.

Let me start with I think this is a decent hotel. The location was really nice and my stay was comfortable. However, the reason why I have given 3 stars out of 5 is mainly because I received no decent response on whether the room I got was what I selected and what was advertised. I asked 3 hotel employees and sent an email to verify my reservation with no follow up. I booked directly and selected a room that I thought included a kitchenette and selected include breakfast. Pretty sure of it. I was not able to check immediately because the receipt went to my junk folder. When I found it, it wasn’t that helpful. I was under the impression kitchenettes were standard in all rooms according to what I read and the pictures. I had a tiny fridge stuffed with for purchase items and not even a microwave. All I needed was for the staff to check into it and provide a reasonable response. I’ve waited a week and still crickets- I’m not the type of person that would pressure the staff or make a scene but I shouldn’t have to do that. So at the price I paid for 3 nights my expectations were not met. Pictures and amenities on website did not match my experience and my price.

The check in person did not know where everything was like how to get to the pool or other areas and he was not willing to help, it was a young guy, also the elevator that goes to the rooftop pool and bar did not work. the sofa bed did not have enough bed blankets so it was cold for the kids at night. it was not very clean, the sink in the bathroom was not working.

Naozaj veľmi pekný hotel, príjemný a promptný personál, vynikajúca poloha (blízko na pláž, bus, obchod ...), dobrý pomer kvality a ceny. Úžasný strešný bazén a výhľadom. Mali sme problém s chladničkou, personál okamžite doniesol novú.

Terasu by mohli upratať spolu s izbou (za celý týždeň nebola pozametaná ani poumývaná - prach, pavučiny, stôl čierny od špiny ...). V kuchyni by mohol byť aspoň jeden veľký nôž na krájanie a doska na krájanie. Batéria vo vani funkčná iba jedným smerom, v minulosti bola pokazená, namiesto výmeny nalepili kus železa aby sa nedala otáčať oboma smermi, ručná sprcha odmontovaná.
